Victor Grilletto, lead instructor and proud owner of Victory Shooting Solutions, LLC, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the world of firearms training. As a certified NRA instructor since 2010, Victor has dedicated over a decade to promoting safe and responsible gun ownership. He is also a certified NRA Range Safety Officer and a certified IDPA Safety Officer, ensuring that every training session is conducted with the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

With more than 30 years of competition shooting experience, Victor has achieved master class rankings in various disciplines, including USPSA, IDPA, CMP, multi-gun action sports, and NSSA (black powder). His extensive background in pistol, rifle, and shotgun competitions has made him a respected figure in the shooting community.

Victor has had the honor of training with multiple national and world champion competitive and tactical shooters, further honing his skills and knowledge. Additionally, he has provided two years of student firearms training techniques in tandem with retired Marine Corps Raider Steve Christiano, blending competition experience with elite tactical shooting discipline.
